The day the team arrived in Salzburg, the temperature was in the mid-60's. For today's match vs. Red Bull Salzburg Reserves (the subs not used in last night's match with other reserves mixed in), the temperature was in the low 30's, but the club was scorching in the closing minutes of the game to emerge with a 3-2 comeback win.
After a morning off, the both full teams got together for a group photo before the match (see below). It was a great photo op for the Red Bull family, and the shot looked great.
Following the photo, the two sides got down to business. After a scoreless first 40 minutes (the teams played two 40-minute halves), Red Bull Salzburg tallied two quick markers in the opening minutes of the second half, but the New York Red Bulls rallied with three unanswered in the final 20 minutes to emerge with the 3-2 comeback win.
