The club took a few steps closer to finalizing its roster, signing five players to developmental contracts. The list includes Supplemental Draft picks as well as trialists. The signed players are Danleigh Borman, John Gilkerson, Danny Cepero, Caleb Sewell-Patterson, and Kevin Mesa.
Danleigh has impressed since being drafted in the Supplemental Draft out of the University of Rhode Island, seeing time on the left flank and being dangerous on crosses. Mesa scored the tying goal in the Carolina Challege Cup opener against the host Charleston Battery.
