"JOZY'S ON A VACATION FAR AWAY..."

Actually, Jozy really isn't, but the remixed lyric (borrowed from former Red Bulls forward Clint Mathis) sounded good anyway. But, it seems like since the season's ended, Jozy's been everywhere. Over to South Africa for U.S. Men's National Team camp while earning his first cap, back home to Florida and soon off to Los Angeles and China with teammate Hunter Freeman for the U.S. U-23 camp.

In his weekly blog entry on The New York Times' Goal Blog, Jozy talks about rumors, chilling at home and General Tso's chicken.

The team will gather Dec. 1 in Carson and train for a week before departing on Dec. 8 for China. The U.S. U-23s will play their Chinese counterparts on Dec. 13 and 16. Here is the roster:

ROSTER BY POSITION
GOALKEEPERS (2): Zac MacMath (St. Petersburg, Fla.), Chris Seitz (Real Salt Lake)
DEFENDERS (7): Hunter Freeman (New York Red Bulls), Patrick Ianni (Houston Dynamo), Jon Leathers (Furman University), Mike Randolph (Los Angeles Galaxy), Nathan Sturgis (Real Salt Lake), Tim Ward (Columbus Crew), Marvell Wynne (Toronto FC)

THE REVAMPED RED BULL PARK

On Thursday, November 29, the Red Bulls unveiled a revised design for Red Bull Park - the team's home in Summer 2009.

So why should fans be excited?

1. The new design implements a 360-degree roof that completely encloses fans in all section, keeping sound in and making sure you stay dry (and away from 2007 home opener-esque monsoons) while cheering your favorite team on!

2. Fans are close to the field. Really close. The first touchline is just 21 feet from the first row of seats. You'll be able to clearly hear Juan Pablo Angel calling for the ball before he scores a goal, or watch Jozy Altidore juke past a defender right in front of you.

But even if you are not in the first row, there is no "bad seat" in the house with each seat being close to the action.

3. The stadium is accessible by train, just a short walk away from the Harrison PATH Station. And there will be ample parking in the area for those who decide to drive.

4. After years of delay, construction will finally start within the next couple of weeks. We'll be sure to post photos once this happens.

Here is a rendering of the stadium.

The rest of the renderings can be seen on our website.
