We are just two days from the Red Bulls' tilt with the Revs, and RBR welcomed Jozy back after a day away to do a media day for the USOC. Jozy was the only men's soccer player there among the numerous athletes and events represented, so the young Red Bull will be getting plenty of face time leading up to the games and the coverage surrounding it. He also sat through a plethora of interviews (not pinatas) and did a bunch of photo shoots (one of the photos is above. Not sure why they went with such a shadowy picture, but I am not an artist).
In other news, we got Jozy's take on the Revs game here:
Continuing the striker theme, Juan Pablo participated in the full session today and his status for the game, though still not a certainty, is looking much better than it was this time last week. All of us here at RBR are keeping our fingers crossed that we can see the dynamic duo finally on the same field at the same time this season.
We hope to have more on Jozy's day at the USOC Media Day tomorrow.
