Just a short update on construction progress at the stadium for those of you that haven't seen the half time updates that MSG has been showing!
We began pouring concrete for the pile caps (concrete foundations for the stadium) on April 17th and have completed about 115 of the 300 required. We anticipate completing the concrete foundation work by the end of June and starting the steel erection in the West Building area at the beginning of July. The plumbers have begun the installation of drain lines below the Locker Room areas in the West Building and will continue around the south side of the stadium as the concrete foundations are completed. The pile driving will finally be completed next week.

Any idea if the stadium will be built so that in the future they can add more seating?
Zoom - that's been the idea from the beginning.
I know that Redbull has stated that for the previous stadium design. But i have not heard anything of the sort after RB announced the new design.
thanks for the update, i'm dying to know/see more but i'm not in the area. any chance you can post some more pics and let us know the latest construction news.
