New Zealand International Andrew Boyens received his P1 Visa yesterday, and is now available for selection this Saturday for the match against Kansas City at Giants Stadium.
The central defender, who has been capped five times for the All-Whites, played in Toronto last season, and is a former first round draft pick out of the University of New Mexico, where he earned All-America honors and led his team to the NCAA College Cup Championship Game as a senior.
Welcome aboard Andrew!!
NOTE: I realize that most people may recognize New Zealand as the All-Blacks, but that is the name of the national rugby team. The national soccer team is known as the All-Whites.
