ITS RAINING OUT, BUT SUNNY IN RED BULL LAND

The Red Bulls are off today after taking three points from the Galaxy on Saturday night at the Home Depot Center. The team will return to training tomorrow to prepare for Saturday's match vs. Kansas City at Giants Stadium. It will have been three weeks since the last home game for New York, as the team is riding a four match unbeaten streak. It's not too late to get tickets!!

Danleigh Borman scored his first professional goal against LA, and RBR assumes he was trying to emulate his father, Dot Borman's, goal celebrations from his days playing in the top division of the South African League. Borman described it as a "flick-flack" in his interview with the Red Bulls' Gameday magazine, we think Shep Messing's description is more accurate (check out about 40 seconds into the video below).

What are your thoughts on the match? Man of the Match? Unsung Hero? Thoughts on the KC match? Let us know what you are thinking.

Borman is a hidden gem, if his hard work keeps up and he gets chances, our team is going to be unstoppable.

The Defence in the match were probably the best in the leauge.

All this, the team played, like a TEAM with altidore creating space, Van De Burg doing his part and working hard as ever. Dane Richards making those flashing runs up the wing (wish there were some of the team there to get to the crosses that he can serve early, but give it time), the defence doing a smashing job, and our midfield providing better coverage of deflections of goal tries and giving better service to our forwards.

Keep it up guys and we will be bringing home the silverware this year.
