Jozy Altidore became the youngest US Men's National Team player to score a goal after his first half header gave the US a 2-1 lead vs. Mexico. Altidore earned his third full side cap on the game, and was also featured for the first time.
His goal, off a beautiful cross from Drew Moor, was replayed countless times on this night's sportscasts, and made ESPN SportsCenter's Top 10 plays!!
